I’m Dr. Swati Thakur — a medical doctor with training in clinical hypnotherapy, mind–body medicine, and integrative healing.
I work with individuals whose symptoms are often driven by chronic stress, emotional overload, or nervous system dysregulation — even when medical reports appear normal.
My approach focuses on creating safety within the nervous system, supporting the body’s natural capacity to heal gently and sustainably.
